Who wants a yummy breakfast?

Keto Sausage Balls


  • 1 lb of sausage

  • 8 oz shredded cheddar

  • 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2-3/4 cup of almond flour


1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Brown and drain sausage

3. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients together till well mixed

4. Spray mini muffin pan

5. Roll mixture into small balls and place into pan

6. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until firm and brown
