Keto Parmesan Chicken


* 3 cups Riced Cauliflower - you can make your own or use frozen cauliflower rice!

* 3 cups of shredded chicken

* Oregano, Basil or Italian seasonings

* 3-4 cups of marinara sauce

* 2 cups of mozzarella cheese

* 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

* 1 cup crushed pork rinds


Layer your pan with rice, then chicken, add spices, sauce, cheese and top it with pork rinds!

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes! Enjoy!
