Keto Parmesan Chicken

A family favorite!
Our kiddos love it, and it’s a simple recipe!
3 cups Riced Cauliflower (you can make your own or use frozen cauliflower rice)
3 cups of shredded chicken
Oregano, Basil or Italian seasonings
3-4 cups of marinara sauce
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed pork rinds
Layer your pan with rice, then chicken, add spices, sauce, cheese and top it with pork rinds!
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes!
Serving size: Serves 6
