2 cups raw cauliflower, broken into very small pieces 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp Sugar substitute 1 tsp cider vinegar 1 pack MCT//143™ 1 tsp. of salt 1/2 tsp. of pepper 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 4 tbsp of thinly sliced celery 1 tsp of grated carrot 1/4 cup chopped black olives
1. Steam cauliflower, make sure not to over cook. 2. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, MCT//143™, salt, and sweetener. Mix well. 3. In a separate bowl, combine cauliflower, celery, carrot, and olives. 4. Pour mayonnaise mixture over and combine gently. 5. Chill before serving.
