Keto Friendly Protein Waffles


Three eggs and you can use a packet of protein or one scoop of your favorite protein.

It's super simple. Three eggs, a super protein. The next one I'm going to make, I'll use this. So this was three egg, you can use a little bit of vanilla if you want to add to that. Super, super easy. Okay, it's gonna be great. It's gonna be delicious.


With basic syrup you can make all it is is three tablespoons of butter. And we're going to use some Monk fruit and then we're going to use some cinnamon. Mix it all up, and they put it on top of your waffle. Here we go, look at it here it is. It's just like a little waffle, and then if you put your butter, cinnamon and monk fruit on there, it's a great breakfast. Enjoy!


So I've been taking it, dipping it in this homemade syrup. You guys this is really good. It's a teeny tiny bit of an eggy texture but this butter syrup is delicious. Steve's trying our concoction. Tastes like a cinnamon roll... He doesn't think, "It tastes like a healthified one right?" (Yeah, just needs the cream cheese) Oh! that's the cream cheese with the butter, cinnamon and monk fruit on the protein waffle


Easy and Simple Breakfast for the family!


INGREDIENTS:


Waffles

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 packet of protein or 1 scoop of your favorite protein

  • Vanilla

Syrup

  • 3 tbsp. of butter

  • Monk fruit

  • Cinnamon

  • cream cheese (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Waffles

  1. Mix the 3 eggs with a scoop of the protein of your choice

  2. .Add Vanilla to your liking

  3. Pour mixture into the waffle maker

Syrup

  1. Mix 3 tbsp. of butter, Monk Fruit and Cinnamon
