KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Perfect for everybody!
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sweetener your choice (I like MonkFruit, many uses Swerve)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips divided (we use Lily’s brand) or other chips you prefer!
Preheat your oven to 325.
Line a muffin pan with 12 foil liners and grease the liners.
Mix eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and sweetener.
Then mix almond flour
Fold the chocolate chips in, reserving about ½ oz of them to scatter on top of the muffins.
Bake until the top is golden 20-25 minutes
