Fried Chicken Made Keto
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Oil for frying
2/3 c almond flour
2/3 c finely grated paremasion cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
*Add 1.5 inches of oil to a pot over med-high heat.
*Add the eggs and heavy cream into a bowl and mix well..
*In a separate bowl, mix all of the breading ingredients.
*Cut each chicken thigh into evenly sized pieces. Use a paper towel to dry them if needed.
*Add the breading to chicken first, then in the egg wash, and then add a additional coat of breading.
*Fry until brown and cooked
Cook in smaller batches to prevent over crowding the pan.
