Ingredients:
6 fresh jalapeños 1, 8oz. block cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup salsa verde 1 cup mozzarella, shredded 6 slices thin cut bacon, cut in half
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F 2. Cut jalapeños in half, lengthwise, and remove seeds 3. Mix together cream cheese, salsa verde, and mozzarella cheese 4. Spoon mixture in halved jalapeños 5. Wrap or top with bacon 6. Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake on bottom shelf for 15 minutes. 7. Move jalapeños to top shelf and broil for 2-3 minutes (keep an eye on them so they do not burn!)
