🍖 IT’S BABY BACK RIB NIGHT! 🍖
First I remove the silver skin, wash and dry, season with avocado oil, seasoned salt (or lately I’ve been loving thundering Longhorn rub), swerve brown, garlic and onion powder, mustard powder, and smoked paprika.
Wrap in foil and bake at 275 for 4 hours, open up the foil in the last 15 minutes of baking, brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s no sugar added barbecue sauce, crank the heat up to 450, and put them back in for a few minutes to seal the sauce!🔥
