Almond Walnut Maple Brittle

Easy Keto snacks for the family!


  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup Almond slice

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/2 cup Monkfruit

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp Maple Extract

  • a pinch of salt


  1. Melt Butter

  2. Add Monkfruit, vanilla, and maple extract

  3. Mix until Monkfruit dissolves

  4. Add Almond slices and walnuts

  5. Stir up for about 2-3 minutes

  6. Remove from heat and spread it in a low parchment-lined dish

  7. Freeze it for an hour or more

  8. Place in Tupperware and store in fridge/ freezer

Yes, it's that simple
