Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
 
1/2 cup soft butter
 
2/3 cups Monk fruit
 
4 eggs
 
3/4 cup purée
 
1 tsp vanilla
 
2 cups almond flour
 
4 tsp baking powder
 
2 tsp pumpkin spice

Directions

* Preheat oven to 350
 
* Grease the muffin pan!
 
* I am sure there is a great way to combine all the ingredients - like dry ingredients then liquids ... but we just dump it all together and stir!
 
* Mix and place in muffin pan ... bake for 17-20 min or until brown!
 
* Add butter
 
* Enjoy
