Easy Peasy Peanut Butter low carb cookie recipe:
1 cup natural PB
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sweetener / sugar replacement of choices - we like Monk Fruit
1 egg
Mix all together
Place on parchment paper
Bake at 350
12-15 min Just watch for them to become light light brown and firm
Cool and enjoy
Don’t eat them all in one sitting 😂🍪🔥😍
